I've already set the Javascript language version to JSX Harmony. Now when i open the react project I was working on in 10, it tells me that props and state are Unresolved variables. Webstorm 11 doesn't recognize react.

There are several ways to use them for free or at a lower price. Sorry, we don’t plan to make our IDEs, including WebStorm, free. We plan to publish it by the end of this month. One of the first steps in this direction will be a blog post on how to write a plugin for WebStorm if you’re a JS developer. We understand this may not be easy for JavaScript developers, so we’re looking into ways how to simplify this process for them. As our IDEs are mostly written in Java and Kotlin, we suggest using these two languages for your plugins.
